The Global Climate Finance Center (GCFC) has announced that it has signed a cooperation agreement with the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA).

According to Amac News: GCFC said that this agreement was signed in order to expand financial plans for climate and renewable energy globally.
The GCFC announced that it will help create an ecosystem that enables investment in low-carbon, sustainable, and resilient projects by bringing together cutting-edge research, market innovations, capacity-building programs, and practical initiatives to scale up climate investments globally.
The collaboration harnesses synergies between GCFC and IRENA in various work streams, including market intelligence, capacity building, operational platforms and joint initiatives.
Together with other key stakeholders in the climate space, the partnership aims to deliver innovative solutions that increase the scale, accessibility and affordability of climate finance globally.
