According to the news, in this meeting, the two sides discussed the expansion of joint railway cooperation, the development of the Turghondi railway station, and the construction of the Herat-Turghondi railway.
At the same time, the Turkmen delegation has expressed interest in investing in the railway sector in Afghanistan.
The newsletter states that the Turkmens have said that they are ready to invest in the development of the Turghondi railway station and the construction of the Herat- Turghondi railway.
It should be mentioned that the head of the Turkmenistan Railway Department traveled to Herat on Sunday this week at the head of a delegation.
It is said that the development of railways between Afghanistan and Turkmenistan and the expansion of trade relations between the two countries have been the focus of the discussion between the Turkmen delegation and the Afghan authorities.
