He stated that in the past one year, the ministry has agreed on several major projects such as the remaining work of the Arghandi 500 KV substation, the 500 KV electricity transmission line from Dasht Khaja Alwan to Arghandi in Kabul, and five projects of substations and transmission lines related to this. The project has been signed with a number of domestic investors and their work has actually started.
This official of the Ministry of Energy and Water of Afghanistan said that the construction work of Pashdan dam in Herat province has been resumed, the first part of Bakhshabad dam in Farah province has been completed by 37%, the first lot of the second part of Kajaki dam in Helmand province and the construction work of Tori dam in Zabul province has been completed.
On the other hand, Matiullah Abid, the spokesman of the Ministry of Energy and Water of Afghanistan, said that in the past year, this ministry has been able to implement 250 projects with the help and cooperation of partner institutions, design 173 projects and technical review of 157 projects of small and medium water facilities. do it.
