Sharjah Deeds and Real Estate Registry has announced that the transaction value of central and eastern areas of Sharjah has reached 646 million dirhams.

According to Amac News: Sharjah Real Estate and Deeds Registry has stated in its report that the transaction value of the eastern areas of Sharjah has increased by 17.7% compared to last year.
In the continuation of its report, this department said that the total number of real estate transactions in the branches of this department was 14 thousand and 395, and the total area of ​​sales transactions during the same period reached 21.7 million square feet.
The report shows that the value of transactions in four branches constitutes 3.5% of the total value of transactions in the real estate sector. The total value of transactions in the central region reached 284.2 million dirhams, which represents 1.7% of the total value of transactions.
The value of transactions in KhorFakkan is 179.6 million dirhams, equivalent to 0.9%, in Kalba, 170.7 million dirhams, equivalent to 0.8%, and in Dibba al-Hisn, 11.5 million dirhams, which represents 0.1% of the total transaction value of the branches.
Also, according to this report, the branches of this department have made 246 mortgage transactions with a total value of 279.7 million dirhams.
The number of sales transactions in the central region reached 281 transactions in 36 different regions with a total value of 232.7 million dirhams.
According to the report, sales transactions in Diba Al-Hisn were distributed in 3 regions with 13 transactions worth 9.5 million dirhams, and 69.2% of these transactions were carried out in "Al-Shamali" region with 9 transactions.
