Sharjah properties earned 3.9 billion dirhams

According to Amac News: In the report of The Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, it is stated that the total number of transactions made by this office has reached 4146 transactions.
According to the report, the total area of transactions in sales transactions has reached 13.8 million square feet in the same period.
New real estate projects launched by the public and private sectors in many areas of Sharjah are accompanied by an increase in population and expatriates coming from abroad to invest or work in the emirate.
Statistics show that the total number of transactions in July reached 4,146 transactions, of which the number of sales transactions reached 1,460 items, which includes 35.2% of the total transactions.
The number of mortgage transactions reached 385 items, equivalent to 9.3% of the total transactions, with a total value of 1.4 billion dirhams, while the rest of the real estate transactions reached 2301 items, equivalent to 55.5% of the total transactions.
Sales deals were distributed in 119 areas in different cities and regions of Sharjah Emirate and these properties included residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural land.
Regarding the type of properties traded, 568 plots, 544 building plots and 348 transactions were for units sold in the tower.
The total number of sales transactions in Sharjah city was 1304, and “Muwaileh Commercial” area had the highest number of sales transactions with 352 times. After that, "Tilal" region with 145 transactions, “Rawdat Al-Qart” region with 127 transactions and "Al-Khan" region with 89 transactions are in the next ranks.
“Muwaileh Commercial” area with a transaction value of 251 million dirhams was ranked first with the highest transaction value, followed by Tilal area with 232.9 million dirhams, “Al-Sajaa Industrial” area with 139.4 million dirhams, and "Hoshi" area with 88.6 million dirhams. The next ones were placed.
In the central region, sales transactions reached 110 transactions, most of which were concentrated in the city of “Al-Qasimia City” with 77 transactions, which recorded the highest value of transactions with 55.4 million dirhams.
In the case of KhorFakkan, 26 sales transactions have been registered. "Hay Al-Harai Industrial" zone has the highest transaction value with 7 transactions and "Hayawa 4" has the highest transaction value with 3 million dirhams.
Finally, 18 sales transactions were made in Kalba city, and "Al Tarif 5" area was the leader with 6 transactions, which is the highest area in terms of transaction value, amounting to 3.7 million dirhams.
