Etihad Airways, the national carrier of the Emirates, has published its preliminary traffic statistics for July 2024, reporting that the company carried 10.4 million passengers.

Etihad Airways CEO Antonoaldo Nevessaid the airline's passenger numbers increased by 33 percent in July compared to the same period last year.
He added that year-to-date, we have served 10.4 million passengers, an increase of 2.8 million over the same period last year, and by July 2024, our 12-month passenger count has now reached 16.8 million.
July's load factor of 89% reflects our successful performance in the summer peak period, amid significant capacity increases from 2023.
The Etihad Airways CEO said the company's fleet continues to grow, increasing from 78 aircraft to 93 aircraft in July 2023.
