The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Aid (OCHA) has announced the aid of 1.17 million euros from the European Union's Civil Protection and Humanitarian Operations Organization to Afghanistan.
According to Amac news: OCHA announced that with this new contribution, the amount of EU humanitarian aid from 2022 to now has reached 7.17 million euros.
Earlier, this union announced the allocation of 150 million euros to help the needy and Afghan refugees.
In the announcement of this union, it has been said that, including this amount of money, nearly 126 million euros have been allocated to provide food, shelter and housing, health aid and access to drinking water for the needy inside the country.
This union says that more than 11 million euros will be used for Afghan immigrants in Pakistan and another 11 million euros will be used to help Afghan immigrants in Iran.
