Rabdan Academy has announced that it hosted the third Resilience Circles panel with the theme of Emirati Women's Day: Resilience and Success.

According to Amac News: In the announcement of Rabdan Academy, it is stated that a group of prominent speakers were present in this event who made a significant contribution to the society through their expertise and leadership.
This panel was moderated by Moderated by Mona Al Hammadi, Director of Institutional Research, Policies and Compliance at Rabdan Academy, the panel included Professor Najwa Al Hosani, Vice Chancellor of Kalba University and Member of Rabdan Academy’s Board of Trustees, Rawdah Al Merikhi, Director of Outreach at Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence (MBZUAI).
In this panel, they examined the concept of resilience through the perspective of Emirati women and emphasized their ability to adapt to changes, overcome challenges and balance between different roles in their personal and professional lives.
The panel also discussed the UAE's ongoing efforts to empower women and ensure their active participation in national development.
Speakers shared personal stories of the challenges they faced and how they overcame them through perseverance and determination.
