According to Amac News: In the announcement of the Abu Dhabi Investment Office, it is stated that this tender offers opportunities for long-term investment for the development of social markets in seven key areas in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi: Al Sader, Al Adlah, Al Qattarah, Al Marfa, Al Sila, Madinat Zayed, and Ghayathi.
According to the announcement, these projects include the design, construction and maintenance of social market facilities including retail, pharmacy, supermarkets and restaurants.
Bidders are encouraged to participate in the tender, which opened on September 2, 2024 and will close on October 17, 2024.
