The Emirates Institute of Finance organizes the 8th Leadership Development Program

According to Amac News: The report of the Emirates Financial Institute states that this program will be held in partnership with Saeed Business School in Oxford University.
According to the report, thirty senior financial leaders from top institutions in the United Arab Emirates and the Gulf Cooperation Council will participate from September 16 to 25, 2024.
Participants represent leading financial institutions including the Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates, National Bank of Fujairah, Dubai Commercial Bank, Emirates NBD, First Bank of Abu Dhabi and HSBC Bank Middle East.
Bahraini representatives from Bank ABC, Islamic Bank of Bahrain and National Bank of Bahrain participating through the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF) are part of this select group.
Known for its focus on strategic, personal and organizational leadership, the program is designed to empower finance executives with the skills necessary to manage the disruptions that are transforming the finance industry.
Topics such as leadership in the face of market volatility, creating organizational transformation, and developing winning strategies are central topics.
