Meraas, a member of Dubai Real Estate Holdings, has announced that it has awarded Dutco Construction Company an AED 850 million contract for the construction of the Bulgari Lighthouse on the island of Jumeirah Bay.

The Bulgari Lighthouse, designed by the world-renowned architecture firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, is set to become one of the city's most prestigious addresses and a landmark on the island, the announcement said.
Inspired by the elegance and luxury of the Italian jeweler, Bulgari Lighthouse has four and five bedroom luxury penthouses.
The Bulgari Lighthouse, scheduled for completion by the second quarter of 2027, is Bulgari's third project in collaboration with Meraas.
