Amac News: The statement of the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure states that the participation of the United Arab Emirates is in line with the country's commitment to multilateralism as an effective tool to overcome the challenges of energy security and build a better and more sustainable future for everyone.
At the meeting, Sharif Al Olama, Deputy Minister of Energy and Infrastructure of the UAE, said that the UAE continues to lead the charge in the deployment of renewable energy by focusing on speeding up the processes without compromising the stability or security of the grid.
He added that by strengthening cooperation between regulators and industry, the UAE will not only meet but exceed its renewable energy targets and reaffirm its position as a pioneer in global energy transition.
