The Emirates Development Bank (EDB) has announced that it has hosted the fifth edition of the EDB Connect Forum at the Dubai Museum.

According to Amac News: The announcement states that this important event was held with the participation of the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MOIAT) "Make it in the Emirates".
According to the announcement, key stakeholders from both government institutions and private sector companies were brought together to discuss the importance of mutual cooperation and targeted partnerships.
This edition of EDB Connect serves as a pivotal opportunity for EDB and its stakeholders as it continues to promote collaborations and strategic partnerships among the UAE's prominent market leaders.
Since announcing its strategy in April 2021, EDB has achieved cumulative financing of AED 12.9 billion, contributing to the UAE's GDP. Of this amount, 4.4 billion dirhams are specifically allocated to the development and growth of key sectors in Dubai.
This edition of EDB Connect featured three keynote panels moderated by senior EDB officials.
The first panel titled "Dubai - A Global Center for Impact Investing" explored Dubai's potential to become a global leader in impact investing by leveraging its strategic location and economic strength.
The second panel titled "Dubai - Advanced Manufacturing Powerhouse" addressed the possibility of Dubai becoming a hub for advanced manufacturing solutions driven by local innovation.
The third panel titled "Artificial Intelligence: The Engine of the Modern Economy" discussed the role of artificial intelligence in driving businesses and increasing their operational efficiency.
The event concluded with an awards ceremony recognizing key stakeholders and strategic partners who have made significant contributions to Dubai's economic development.
