According to Amac News: In the announcement of Etihad Water and Electricity Company, it is stated that currently approximately 40% of these meters are integrated with the company's smart systems.
The managing director of Etihad Water and Electricity Company said that the company is working on connecting all new meters to EtihadWE smart systems in the coming period, which will significantly increase the quality and efficiency of services provided to customers.
The CEO of EtihadWE noted that while the initial goal was to have all meters connected to smart systems by 2026, EtihadWE now plans to accelerate this process and achieve 100 percent integration by the end of 2025.
The facility, based in the emirate of Ajman, will focus heavily on AI applications, with EtihadWE serving as the main electricity supplier for the facility.
