According to
Amac News: Nakheel's announcement states that the value of these agreements is more than 5 billion dirhams and has been signed with Jinko General, Shapoorji Pallonji and United Engineering Construction Company (UNEC).
The agreed range includes 723 villas of the Beach Complex and the Coral Complex, with exclusive access to the beach across Fronds K, L, M, N, O and P, alongside infrastructure and public spaces.
Palm Jebel Ali offers 539 5- and 6-bedroom villas from the beach complex and 184 seven-bedroom villas from the Marjani complex, each of which is available in 8 architectural styles.
The villas range from 8,000 to 15,000 square feet and are complemented by road networks, urban services and landscaping to enhance community living in line with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan.
