The Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology of the UAE announced that the delegation of this drawer participated in the 53rd meeting of the Industrial Cooperation Committee of the Persian Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) held in Qatar.

According to Amac News: According to the ministry, the delegation was led by Sultan Al-Jaber, the Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology of the UAE.
The Ministry also said that the participation of the United Arab Emirates in this meeting shows the country's commitment to strengthening relations with the member states of the Persian Gulf Cooperation Council and promoting joint efforts for sustainable economic integration throughout the Gulf.
The members of this second delegation were Ahmad Al-Zyoudi, Minister of Foreign Trade, Omar Al-Suwaidi, Deputy Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, Farah Al-Zarooni, Deputy Minister of Standards and Regulations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Osama Amir Fazil, Deputy Minister of Industrial Accelerators of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The meeting of the industrial cooperation committee of the Persian Gulf Cooperation Council discussed key issues, including the mechanism of applying standards to define Persian Gulf products.
The Persian Gulf Industrial Excellence Award program was also held in this meeting and several companies were honored for their achievements.
Qatar, the chair of the current session of the Gulf Cooperation Council, hosted meetings of trade and industry ministers to strengthen cooperation and integration among members.
The UAE Ministry of Industry said that these meetings provided a platform for exchanging expertise, discussing developments in industrial laws and regulations, and expanding the presence of the Persian Gulf Cooperation Council in international and regional forums.
Also, in this meeting, the Minister of Industry of the UAE emphasized the commitment of the government to strengthen strategic relations with its partners in the Persian Gulf, especially in the field of industry, trade and investment.
While thanking Qatar for hosting these meetings, he emphasized the strong relations between the countries of the Persian Gulf Cooperation Council.
He said: The Persian Gulf Cooperation Council has created a model for strengthening economic partnerships and development, and at the same time, it has increased the participation of the private sector in sustainable economic growth.
On the sidelines of the meetings of the industrial cooperation committee, Al-Jaber met with Mohammed bin Hamad bin Qasim Al-Thani, Qatar's Minister of Commerce and Industry to discuss opportunities to strengthen industrial integration.
He also met with Abdullah Fakhro, the Minister of Industry and Commerce of the Kingdom of Bahrain and discussed the upcoming meeting of the Industrial Cooperation and Industrial Partnerships Committee and the Industrial Technology Development Index of the United Arab Emirates (ITTI).
Meanwhile, Doha also hosted the eighth meeting of the Committee of Ministers of Standardization on October 31 this year. In this committee, there was a discussion about the adoption of the Persian Gulf Cooperation Council's standardization organization's strategies in addition to strategic plans in the field of standardization.
