The Ministry of Industry and Commerce of the interim government of Afghanistan announced that Nooruddin Azizi, the acting head of the ministry, has left for Turkey at the head of a high-level delegation to participate in the international exhibition "Halal Istanbul 2024".

According to Amac News: Based on the announcement of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, Mr. Azizi, along with more than 30 representatives from the country's private sector, traveled to Turkey on Tuesday evening, November 26, to participate in the opening ceremony of this global event.
The Istanbul Halal Fair, which will be held in Istanbul, Turkey from November 27 to 30, 2024, provides an opportunity for participating countries to introduce their products and services in the international arena.
At this exhibition, prominent Afghan products, including exquisite carpets, precious and semi-precious stones, and dried fruits, will be exhibited in eight dedicated pavilions.
The aim of this partnership is to introduce Afghanistan's capabilities in global markets and create new opportunities for the development of the country's exports.
The Afghan Ministry of Industry and Trade has announced that Azizi is scheduled to speak at the opening ceremony of the exhibition and emphasize the importance of Afghanistan's participation in such events.
He will also meet with Turkish officials and representatives of other countries to explore areas of trade and economic cooperation.
The Istanbul International Halal Exhibition is one of the world's largest economic events in the field of trade and halal products. This exhibition provides an opportunity for countries and companies to strengthen their position in international markets by introducing their products.
