According to Amac News: Based on RAKEZ, this cooperation is an important step towards improving the logistics capabilities of businesses in the region's ecosystem and will especially benefit small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs).
In the deal, DHL Express said it will launch a special program for RAKEZ customers that will give them access to credit accounts and special incentives, including an introductory quarter benefit.
Also, small and medium-sized businesses will benefit from a dedicated contact person who will provide better sales and after-sales support.
