The Abu Dhabi Fund for Development (ADFD) said in a statement that the fund would finance 33 projects worth 23 billion dirhams in Bahrain.
ADFD to finance 33 projects in Bahrain
According to Amac News: The The Abu Dhabi Fund for Development statement said that ADFD has contributed to the development of infrastructure and sustainable development projects in Bahrain by financing 33 development projects worth 23 billion dirhams.
These projects cover key sectors such as housing, energy, transportation and health, and help meet financing needs and support the fiscal balance plan for 2023 and 2024, thereby strengthening the country's economic growth.
Mohammed Saif Al Suwaidi, Director General of ADFD, said that the strategic partnership between ADFD and Bahrain has played a fundamental role in driving transformative development in various sectors.
He noted that ADFD’s financial support, combined with its expertise in project development and management, has helped Bahrain implement ambitious projects that have had a profound impact on the country’s landscape.
ADFD’s portfolio of projects in Bahrain is diverse and covers vital sectors such as housing, energy, transportation and healthcare.
