Ruwad announced that in order to strengthen the entrepreneurship environment in Sharjah, it has started a financing program for the industrial sector with a financing cap of up to 800,000 dirhams.

According to Amac News: Hamid Ali Abdullah Al-Mahmood, head of the Sharjah Economic Development Authority, said that this program provides financial facilities and incentives for priority industrial projects.
Al-Mahmoud added that Rawad focuses on supporting young Emirati and strengthening domestic industries and strives to create new opportunities for these entrepreneurs.
This financing program includes various projects including food industry, production of spare parts, and cleaning products. In 2024, two industrial projects were financed with a total of 550,000 dirhams and the number of active projects in this sector has reached 17.
Meanwhile, Fatemeh Al-Ali, the interim director of Ruwad, announced the implementation of specialized training programs for the owners of industrial projects, the purpose of which is to improve capabilities and identify new opportunities in the market.
He said that in 2024, 6 training programs have been held for 84 entrepreneurs.
