The country has said that by the beginning of 2025, it expects the demand for professionals to increase, especially in the field of artificial intelligence and fields related to artificial intelligence technologies in various industries.
At the regional level, the country ranks first and fifth globally among the preferred destinations for digital employees. Also, the UAE ranks fourth in the world in International's ranking of the best countries for expats to live and work in.
The CEO of Byte.com, Rabi Attaya, emphasized that artificial intelligence will significantly shape the UAE labor market in 2025. Automating repetitive tasks allows professionals to focus on solving problems, continuous learning and building relationships, he added.

On the other hand, the partner manager of Galal and Karawi management consulting company, Assam Galal, quoted the statistics of international and national institutions and said that the economic growth rates of the UAE will exceed the world averages.
Forecasts for 2025 include a growth forecast of 5.1% by the International Monetary Fund, 4.1% by the World Bank, and 4.5% by the Central Bank of the Emirates.
