Amac News: Based on this memorandum, which was signed by Nawal Al-Hanaei, the director of the future energy department in MoEI, and Christian Neves Lawes, the national director of energy of the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Mines of Uruguay, the parties will exchange knowledge and expertise, hold discussions and exchange meetings. They will discuss and organize educational workshops in energy-related fields.
Al-Hanaei said that such partnerships help to transition to clean and renewable energies. These collaborations will also create broad horizons for diversity in energy mix and relying on clean energies.
He added that the MoU reflects the two sides' shared commitment to developing strategic partnerships for mutual benefit and creates a framework for cooperation in supporting key sectors such as clean energy and action on climate change.
