The UAE-Malaysia Business Council held its second meeting in Abu Dhabi on Monday, January 13, at the same time as the visit of the Prime Minister of Malaysia to the UAE.

According to Amac News: The meeting was held by the UAE under the chairmanship of Issa Abdullah Al-Ghurair, the head of Issa Al-Ghurair Investment Group, and on the Malaysian side under the chairmanship of Aimee Zareen Mohammad, from Petronas Malaysia.
In this meeting, Al Ghurair emphasized the commitment of the UAE private sector to strengthen bilateral cooperation between the two countries and praised the depth of relations between the UAE and Malaysia.
He emphasized the role of the business council in advancing relations to new horizons in line with the aspirations of the business community in both countries to establish a long-term partnership that benefits both nations in vital areas of common interest.
This meeting was held in the presence of Ahmed Juma Al Kaabi, Deputy Secretary General of the Emirates Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FCCI) and council members from both sides.
