According to Amac News: The strategic partnership will transform the cities by creating two major projects in Tbilisi and Batumi, transforming them into vibrant destinations for global amenities and economic prosperity.
According to Eagle Hills, the projects will create thousands of jobs, accelerate gross domestic product (GDP) growth, boost the real estate sector and help tourism.
The company added that Krtsanisi Park in Tbilisi is a unique project that offers stylish residences and modern commercial spaces on an area of ​​590 hectares, of which 170 hectares are dedicated to parks and green spaces.
Also, Gonio Marina in Batumi, located on the beautiful Black Sea coast, showcases a world-class marina. The 260-hectare project offers branded residences, luxury hotels, business parks and vast open spaces.
