Meraas, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has announced that it has signed a construction contract worth over AED1 billion to China State Construction Engineering Corporation (Middle East) (L.L.C) for the Bluewaters Bay project.

According to Amac News: The project, which is expected to be completed by the end of 2027, will consist of two residential towers connected by a dynamic podium and offer 678 apartments ranging from one to four bedrooms, including penthouses.
The project will also include shops and restaurants at the podium level and provide amenities such as promenades, an outdoor pool, a children’s play area and barbecue facilities.
"We are confident that the expertise of China State Construction Engineering Company will create an environment that residents and visitors will enjoy," said Khalid Al Malik, CEO of Dubai Holding Real Estate.
