The Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) announced that it has sold 70% of the units in the residential project Ajwan Khorfakkan during the Authority’s participation in the Sharjah real estate exhibition “Acres 2025”.

According to Amac News: Based on the Shurooq, the high sales are related to two new residential towers, “Mouj” and “Ghadir”.
Ahmed Obaid Al Qaser, CEO of Shurooq orouk, welcomed the sales of the two towers and said that this event shows increased confidence in the Khorfakkan real estate market.
The “Ajwan” project has an area of ​​​​65,269 square meters and consists of six residential buildings with 185 luxury apartments. The apartments offer views of the Arabian Gulf or the Khorfakkan Mountains.
