MIG Holding and National Industrial Park (NIP), a DP World company of the UAE, have inaugurated the 'Safetech', the largest precast concrete factory in the Middle East, covering an area of ​​2.2 million square feet.

According to Amac News: The state-of-the-art facility includes a 750,000 square foot production area and an 800,000 square foot storage yard, with an annual production capacity of over 700,000 cubic meters.
According to MIG Holding, Safetech is set to transform the UAE’s construction industry by providing advanced precast concrete solutions.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by Abdullah bin Damaishan, CEO and Managing Director of DP World GCC, and Abdulhamid Mowahid, Chairman of MIG Holding and Safetech.
Abdulhamid Muwahid emphasized the transformational role of the factory in shaping the future of construction with advanced precast technologies, saying, “This achievement is in line with our vision to expand in the construction sector and provide innovative solutions that enhance both efficiency and quality.”
Abdullah bin Damaishan toured the facility and inspected its advanced and superior production systems, highlighting its potential to contribute to the UAE’s industrial sector.
“The construction sector accounts for approximately 12% of the UAE economy and is projected to grow at a CAGR of 4.26% until 2030. Innovation is key to advancing operational efficiencies in manufacturing, and Safetech’s advanced technology will improve construction quality and strengthen the local and regional supply chain of precast concrete solutions.”
The opening of Safetech is a strategic initiative to strengthen the UAE’s construction and industrial ecosystem, supporting national programs such as “Operation 300 Billion.”
