Flydubai unveiled its multi-million dollar flight training center on Friday, February 7.

According to Amac News: flydubai announced at the 2023 Dubai Airshow that the training center will be built at a cost of $56 million.
According to the company, the flight training center is built on 38,000 square meters and has six simulator rooms and a capacity of more than 43,000 hours of training per year.
Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of flydubai, visited the full flight simulator (FFS) and training center located at the flydubai campus.
During the visit, he said: “I am delighted that today the flydubai flight training center has become a reality. This is a vital part of flydubai’s growth strategy and reflects the company’s commitment to innovation, increasing operational efficiency and investing in developing its in-house capabilities.”
This increased flexibility in flydubai's pilot training programs and on-demand access to simulator rooms will allow the airline to further expand its training capabilities.
