ETG is investing Dh150 million in the facility, which will cover an area of 22,000 square meters. The plant will produce compostable polymer resin and help the packaging industry move towards sustainable solutions.
ETG’s new facility will benefit from KEZAD’s global infrastructure, access to strategic markets, and a conducive business environment to accelerate its presence in the regional market.
Mohammed Al-Kader Al-Ahmad, CEO of KEZAD Group, welcomed ETG to the KEZAD business community, adding that the company’s presence as a leader in bio-compost packaging solutions is an important step forward in the group’s efforts to advance sustainability in industrial development.
Kishore Kumar Reddy, CEO and Co-Founder of ETG, also said: “At ETG, we believe that sustainability is the future of packaging. Our new facility at KEZAD is a vital step in eliminating plastic.”
