The Sharjah Airport International Free Zone (SAIF Zone) participated in the 71st Bangkok Jewellery & Gems Fair, which was held in Bangkok, Thailand from 22 to 26 February 2025.

According to Amac News, the event features a selection of the world’s leading companies in the gold, jewellery and gemstones industries, along with key international manufacturers and suppliers.
The Sharjah Airport International Free Zone showcased the competitive advantages and innovative services offered by its Gold, Diamond and Commodities Park at the event.
As one of the largest gold refining hubs in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), the complex houses over 55 gold refineries and hosts over 250 regional and international companies trading in gold, platinum, silver and titanium.
With modern infrastructure, advanced logistics support and a flexible licensing system, the complex provides 24-hour security and surveillance for businesses.
Its strategic location, close to major diamond and gold production centers and key global transportation routes, makes it even more attractive to industry leaders looking for a way to access international markets.
Saud Salim Al Mazroui, Director of Sharjah Airport Free Zone, said: “The Bangkok Gems and Jewellery Show is one of the world’s leading exhibitions in the gold and jewellery sector.”
