According to Amac News: The ministry said that the purpose of extending this period is to provide more companies from across the industrial sector of the United Arab Emirates with an opportunity to participate.
The inaugural awards were held in 2023 during the second edition of the MIITE Forum and honored visionaries, talents, innovators, industrialists and sustainability pioneers.
This ministry has set the call for candidates on February 22 and the final date is May 8. The winners will be announced at a special ceremony at the annual Make in UAE Forum, the third edition of which will be held on 27-28 May 2024 in Abu Dhabi, attended by senior industry leaders, government officials, investors and financial institutions.
The MIITE Association was launched in 2022 and aims to position the UAE as a global industrial hub.
