International automobile experts welcomed the new technologies of China in their industry by participating in the biennial international automobile exhibition.

"The level of innovation in China is driving global cooperation and driving the auto industry forward," the global product manager of Germany's Casco Automotive Group told China Economic Net at the biennial auto show.
Themed 'Driving to Smart Mobility', the mega show will see 117 world premieres, 41 concept vehicles and 278 NEV variants on display this year. The auto parts area alone has gathered nearly 500 companies from 13 countries.
More than 60% of the first cars around the world use green energy. In the first half of April, more than half of the passenger vehicles sold in China were NEVs.
According to CMC Auto Import & Export's forecast, more than 40% of the vehicles exported from China will be NEVs in 2024, and total vehicle exports will increase by 15-20% to 6 million units.
