The Saudi State News Agency (SPA) reported that Saudi Arabia, on behalf of the Saudi Space Agency, has signed an agreement with the World Economic Forum to establish the Center for the Future of Space.
According to Amac News: The Center for the Future of Space, hosted by the Saudi Space Agency, will be launched to facilitate public and private discussions on space cooperation, incorporate community best practices, and create forward-looking partnerships to accelerate space technologies.
The Center for Space Futures has been integrated into the C4IR network due to its importance to space technology innovation, policy and regulation, and sustainability, according to the report.
SPA continued in its report that this center is the first center in the network of centers of the fourth industrial revolution, which is focused on space. The center will work alongside the existing Center in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (C4IR) to advance Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030.
