EIF announced the graduation of the sixth group of financial managers

According to Amac News: This program was held at Egrove Park, Oxford's exclusive executive education center in partnership with Saeed Business School and senior financial managers from the GCC region.
This two-week course titled "Strategic Leadership in the Age of Disruption" focused on the three main pillars of strategic leadership, organizational leadership, and personal leadership.
The strategic component of this program focuses on strengthening crisis management skills and improving decision-making capabilities in periods of industry transformation. The enterprise segment emphasizes the importance of transformational leadership, integrating advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence and machine learning to navigate modern business challenges.
Since its inception in 2020, the LDP has graduated 150 leaders across five cohorts, said EIF Director General Noura Al Belushi.
This year, EIF welcomed 30 more participants, including senior executives and UAE nationals at executive level, to its 2024 cohort.
Graduates of the Leadership Development Program are also invited to join the Oxford Business Alumni Network (OBA), which offers access to unique professional development and networking events, he added.
