The Labor Market Coordination Council in the UAE has announced that it has held its first meeting under the chairmanship of Dr. Abdul Rahman Al Awar, Minister of Human Resources and the UAE.
According to Amac News: This council said that it was formed based on the decision of the cabinet on 3/25 in 2024 regarding the establishment of a coordination council for the labor market in the UAE.
The task of this council is to review laws, policies, strategies, programs and initiatives related to private sector companies, employees and domestic workers.
The Council strives to harmonize federal and local labor market systems, regulations, and procedures and to ensure coordination and integration at the national level.
