The Abu Dhabi Housing Authority has announced that the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi has agreed to pay the second package of housing and benefits in 2024 to the citizens of Abu Dhabi.
According to Amac News: According to the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority, these benefits, which are worth 3.309 billion dirhams, have been distributed among 2,015 citizens across the emirate.
The housing benefit package includes housing loans worth more than 3.046 billion dirhams and assistance to 1,766 citizens, including 782 loans for the purchase of residential units in the Belghilam residential project.
In addition, the elderly, low-income pensioners and families of deceased citizens have been exempted from mortgage payments amounting to more than 262.8 million dirhams. This exemption has directly helped 249 citizens in this emirate.
With this package, the total value of housing benefits paid since the establishment of Abu Dhabi Housing Authority has reached more than 152 billion dirhams.
