Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) has announced that it has signed a cooperation agreement with Mubadala Investment Company to increase the level of cooperation in the development of national talents of the United Arab Emirates.

According to Amac News: Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, who participated in the contract signing ceremony, emphasized the importance of strategic partnerships between the public and private sectors in supporting the development of national talents of the UAE.
He also emphasized the participation of ADNOC and Mubadala on the role of these two companies in promoting sustainable economic development in different sectors.
With rapid developments in critical sectors such as high-tech, renewable energy and transportation, this strategic partnership strengthens ADNOC's long-standing partnership with Mubadala.
Mubadala and ADNOC are committed to supporting the widest possible group to realize their potential and contribute to the development and prosperity of the UAE.
Under this agreement, ADNOC and Mubadala will exchange knowledge and expertise.
The agreement supports the nurturing of UAE national talent and the provision of leadership development programs for outstanding young Emirati women and men.
This agreement focuses on the exchange of expertise in supporting and enhancing the skills of UAE nationals through various training programs.
