Through this project, MoEI will be able to provide proactive services, request data only once, and exchange digital documents in real time, the report said.
The report further states that this is a transformational project under the Federal Government Performance Agreement 2023-2024.
Data Bridge facilitates the customer journey, reduces the number of documents required for a transaction and reduces the time required to provide services. This is a big step in removing government bureaucracy in the ministry's processes.
Also, with the aim of increasing the number of government institutions that exchange digital documents with the Ministry of Information to 50, achieving 100% digital communication with these institutions, increasing customer satisfaction from providing one data to 90% by the end of 2025, and reducing the number of documents by the end of next year. reach half
To ensure the success of the project, a number of agreements were signed between the Ministry of Information and public and private institutions to integrate the new system with existing systems and facilitate communication.
