ADNEC Group, a 100% subsidiary of Modon Holding, has announced that it has signed definitive agreements to acquire 100% of the share capital of Royal Catering Services LLC.

ADNEC Group has announced that it will participate in the 18th Defense Services Asia (DSA) through its event management company Capital Events.
