According to Amac News: In the announcement of the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), it is stated that this visit was made in order to check the progress of smart infrastructure.
During the visit, discussions focused on using Microsoft AI solutions to create an empowered, efficient and innovative workforce and exploring AI-based smart building solutions that align with DEWA's commitment to digital innovation and sustainable infrastructure.
Earlier this year, DEWA equipped its employees with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft Security Copilot smart assistants.
This initiative is part of DEWA's strategy to increase efficiency, productivity and quality by integrating innovation and the latest disruptive technologies. DEWA is one of the first global tools to adopt Microsoft's Copilot.
The Microsoft team showcased the capabilities of Microsoft 365 Copilot, an advanced artificial intelligence tool designed to increase workforce efficiency by automating and improving daily operations.
