Tadweer Group has announced that it has signed a joint development agreement with Uzbekistan to build a waste-to-energy plant in Navi and Bukhara regions.
Tadweer and Uzbekistan Sign Cooperation Agreement
According to Amac News: In a statement, this group said that the signing of this agreement marked an important milestone in the direction of converting waste into energy, in the partnership between the UAE and Uzbekistan.
According to the announcement, this contract was officially signed in Uzbekistan in the presence of a delegation led by Ali Al-Zahri, CEO and Managing Director of Tadvir Group, along with Shaukat Mirzayev, the President of Uzbekistan.
Tadweer Group CEO Ali Al-Zahri said that according to this group, waste is not a challenge, but a valuable resource for sustainable development.
According to him, this agreement is an important step towards global energy production and promotion of circular economy principles.
The contract represents a strategic partnership between the Tadweer Group, the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Climate Change (MEEPCC) and the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade (MIIT) of Uzbekistan.
The officials of this group say that this partnership emphasizes the commitment of Tadweer Group to expand its global footprint and promote sustainable practices with economic and environmental benefits.
