Georgieva noted at the conference that Egypt's inflation reached 37 percent in 2023, but has dropped to 25-26 percent.
Emphasizing that Egypt is creating more job opportunities through the private sector, he emphasized that the International Monetary Fund intends to support the prosperity of this sector in order to provide enough job opportunities for millions of young people who enter the labor market every year.
In addition, Georgieva projected GDP growth to reach 4.2 percent in fiscal year 2025.
