According to this news agency, in 2023, the number of passengers was 20.276 million. Also, the number of flights also increased by 3% to reach 167,684 flights in 2024, which has increased compared to 162,773 flights in the previous year.
Cairo International Airport has seen significant growth with 28.775 million passengers and 211,664 flights in 2024, compared to 26.463 million passengers and 198,943 flights in 2023.
