According to Amac News: Citing China Central Television (CCTV), the number of effective inventions in China's strategic emerging industries reached about 1.35 million in 2024, which shows an annual increase of 15.7%.

With the use of artificial intelligence technology, China has made significant progress in the efficiency of intellectual property investigation. The average patent examination time has decreased to 15.5 months and the average trademark registration examination time has reached four months, both of which are the fastest times globally.
In 2024, a total of 613,000 patent ownership transfer licenses were registered nationwide, an increase of 29.9% over the previous year.
