Bin Tuq emphasized that UAE-Uzbekistan relations serve as a successful model for economic partnerships. He also emphasized the strong strategic relations and fruitful cooperation between the two countries in areas of mutual interest.
The Minister of Economy of the UAE said that he sees Uzbekistan as a promising economic partner in Central Asia, and the recent meeting with the Uzbek delegation shows a shared commitment to strengthen partnerships in advanced and sustainable economic sectors.
Bin Tuq also pointed to the attractive economic environment and flexible economic laws of the UAE and said that the country can serve as a strategic platform for Uzbek businesses to access global markets and use its extensive network of international cooperation.
He highlighted the benefits to the UAE economy and the benefits offered to investors and business owners in various sectors including tourism, family businesses, e-commerce, manufacturing, sustainable transport and technology.
The meeting particularly focused on strengthening cooperation in renewable energy, technology, transportation, logistics services, agriculture and food security.
The two sides emphasized the importance of supporting the private sector in both countries and exchanging knowledge in this vital field. In addition, the joint efforts made through the UAE-Uzbekistan Joint Economic Committee (JEC), which is a key platform for advancing bilateral relations, were mentioned.
