The Abu Dhabi Music and Arts Foundation (ADMAF) has announced that it has signed a memorandum of understanding with the China Shanghai International Arts Festival to strengthen cultural cooperation and mutual understanding between the UAE and China. The Abu Dhabi Festival and the Shanghai China International Arts Festival will collaborate on new productions, joint collaborations and cultural exchange programs in the Arab world.
Huda Al-Khamis said that this new partnership with the Shanghai International Arts Festival, which she said is the most influential festival in the Asia-Pacific region, is a historic achievement for the Arab world and underscores the central role of the Abu Dhabi Festival at the global level.
He added that the expansion to Shanghai provides the opportunity to use the transformative power of the arts to build bridges, celebrate creativity and deepen the friendship between the UAE and China.
