Amac News, The event is being held under the directive of Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, and is organised by ADNEC Group in partnership with the UAE Ministry of Defence and the Tawazun Council.
The ADNEC Abu Dhabi Centre has hosted IDEX and NAVDEX since their inception in 1993. For this edition, the centre has announced that it will have its entire exhibition space of over 180,000 square metres at its disposal.
The ADNEC Abu Dhabi operations team said it is committed to providing a smooth and efficient experience for all visitors, exhibitors and organisers.
With over 150,000 visitors expected, the operations team will manage on-site traffic and ensure easy access to parking for exhibitors, visitors, delegates and special guests. The centre noted that robust security protocols have also been put in place to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all attendees.
The event is organised by Capital Events, the events management arm of the ADNEC Group, and brings together over 1,565 exhibitors from around the world to showcase the latest innovations and technologies in the defence and security sector.
As the official caterer for ADNEC Abu Dhabi, Capital Catering will be responsible for catering for guests at IDEX and NAVDEX 2025.
Tourism 365 will provide seamless travel experiences for IDEX and NAVDEX 2025, managing logistics for exhibitors, delegates and key speakers at the event.
In addition, the company will provide visa application services and facilitate the process for exhibitors and attendees to ensure a hassle-free experience at IDEX and NAVDEX 2025.
ADNEC Group hotels located around the ADNEC Abu Dhabi venue will operate at full capacity during IDEX and NAVDEX, reflecting the global importance of these leading defence exhibitions.
