EDGE Group announced that it has strengthened its partnership with Italy’s ELT Group, through the signing of a Letter of Intent (LOI), during the Italy-UAE Entrepreneurship Forum.

According to Amac News, the LOI, signed in the presence of Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, and Giorgia Meloni, Prime Minister of Italy, underscored the strong mutual commitment to advancing technological innovation in the defense sector.
According to the announcement, the partnership confirms the shared commitment of both companies to harness advanced technology and defense solutions to address global security challenges.
The collaboration between EDGE and ELT Group has evolved through several strategic initiatives, the latest of which is the Memorandum of Understanding signed during IDEX 2025 in Abu Dhabi. The MoU paves the way for a joint venture focused on multi-domain electronic defense initiatives.
Under these agreements, both companies are committed to increasing local expertise in technical support, maintenance, production and supply chain management in the defense electronics sector.
