According to Amac News: The Pitch@Gov competition organized by the Mohammed Bin Rashid Innovation Fund (MBRIF) has ended.
The organizers of this competition said that the projects were evaluated based on four main criteria: novelty, impact, feasibility, and the extent of informing the world about the innovation.
In its fourth edition, the Pitch@Gov Challenge attracted more than 150 innovative ideas and projects and showcased innovative solutions.
The “Katateeb" platform connects children aged 3 to 13 with the values of hospitality, tolerance, family cohesion and generosity using gamification.
The "Takkul" platform is committed to addressing the critical issue of food waste by enabling food retailers to sell their surplus food to consumers at affordable prices.
The platform works with 30 partners in the F&B industry and more than 150 consumers who use the platform daily.
The Pitch@Gov competition is set to become a sustainable government initiative to foster collaboration between government institutions, private sector organizations, entrepreneurs and innovators to promote a culture of innovation in the UAE.
