The Ministry of Mines and Petroleum of Afghanistan has announced the meeting of the head of the ministry with Russian investors by publishing a newsletter.
According to Amac News: In the newsletter, it is stated that Shahabuddin Delawar, the Acting Minister of the Ministry, said in a meeting with Russian investors that Afghanistan's environment is ready to attract foreign investors.
Delaware added that the caretaker government of Afghanistan has provided suitable facilities for the purpose of attracting investment and foreign investors can submit their proposals for investing in Afghanistan's mineral resources based on the terms of the contract.
In this meeting, Russian investors considered investment opportunities in Afghanistan suitable and requested the cooperation of the ministry in order to invest in the mines of Afghanistan, especially in the copper section of Balkhab, Sarpul province.
